This phase includes diligent monitoring and interaction of the pre-planning and budgeting processes. We closely monitor budgets to ensure the most optimal costs are achieved.  Stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with Architects, local city officials, engineers and the design team to create your vision.

Working with our in-house labor force and trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and demobilization coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. 

After construction, the same crew who built or improved your space can look after it for years to come or we can maintain your existing space.  Our crews are seasoned in preventative maintenance and  implementing  routine  property assessments.
